They are the only permanent hostile team currently in SCP: Roleplay. The Chaos Insurgency (also known as CI) is a hostile team/Group of Interest unlocked at 60 Global XP, that raids the SCP Foundation's facilities with the intent of stealing SCP objects and artifacts to use them as weapons for their own gain.
